Development Stages
Stage 1 — Foundation
Drawing from experience in managing gigs at the nightclub and collaborating with leading booking agencies, the first stage focuses on representing DJs and live-performing artists. The agency provides structured support in bookings, communication, and professional development.
Stage 2 — Event Platform
As the roster grows, the agency will aim to expand into developing its own event series across various clubs and locations. These events will serve as a platform to create additional paid opportunities for represented artists, while shaping a clear artistic and curatorial identity of the agency.
Stage 3 — Multidisciplinary Expansion
In the long term, the agency’s goal to expand beyond music into representing artists across multiple creative fields, including fashion, exhibitions, visual arts, light design studios, and other interdisciplinary practices.
The agency provides comprehensive support in all booking-related and organizational matters, including:
Securing and coordinating booking opportunities
Negotiating performance terms and fees
Managing booking schedules and calendars
Handling communication with promoters and venues
Coordinating logistical and administrative aspects of bookings.

Assess the Artist’s professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness
Determine whether the collaboration aligns with the long-term strategic vision of both parties
This phase is designed as a mutual testing ground, ensuring that any long-term collaboration is built on trust, alignment, and shared direction.
The Artist shall:

Provide all necessary materials required for bookings, including press kits, technical riders, promotional assets, and music
